Scope3Materials is a digital marketplace and information platform connecting buyers and suppliers of sustainable construction materials. We do not manufacture, supply, store, inspect, guarantee compliance, or act as an agent/distributor.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be legally capable entities or individuals authorized to conduct commercial activities under UAE law.
3. No Commercial Responsibility
All transactions, negotiations, contracts, pricing, delivery, quality, warranties, and disputes are strictly between buyers and suppliers. Scope3Materials bears no responsibility for product performance, delivery delays, payment disputes, quality issues, or regulatory non-compliance.
4. Information Disclaimer
All product information and sustainability data are provided by suppliers. Scope3Materials does not independently verify or certify such information.
5. Platform Availability
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Termination of Access
Scope3Materials may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, false data submission, or legal risk without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Scope3Materials be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
