Scope3Materials operates a digital platform that helps connect buyers with suppliers/dealers of construction materials and sustainability documentation. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws in the United Arab Emirates (including UAE PDPL principles), Scope3Materials acts as a data controller for personal data processed through the Platform.

A. Data you provide directly: Name, email address, phone number/contact details, company name/job title/business address (if provided), account information, and messages or inquiries. B. Data collected automatically: IP address, device type, browser type, log data, approximate location, platform usage/activity records. C. Supplier/dealer-submitted business content: Product data, EPDs, certifications, and related business information provided for display and sharing via the Platform.

Creating/managing user accounts, enabling buyer-supplier communication, responding to inquiries, improving performance/security, preventing fraud/abuse, maintaining records for continuity and dispute resolution, and complying with legal obligations.

We process personal data only where we have a valid reason, including performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with other users as needed for platform functionality, with service providers (hosting, email, analytics, security) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law.

Where hosting, email, or analytics providers operate outside the UAE, we apply reasonable safeguards consistent with applicable legal requirements and industry practice.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, legitimate business needs, and legal/compliance requirements. You may request deletion, subject to legal obligations.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures (such as access controls and secure hosting). No transmission/storage method is 100% secure.
