The declaration follows a cradle-to-gate with options life cycle assessment covering A1–A3, A4, A5, C1–C4, and Module D, providing verified environmental data from raw material extraction through manufacturing, installation, end-of-life processing, and recycling benefits. The declared unit is 1 m² of the VARIFLEX 88/100 movable wall system, weighing 48.27 kg/m². The product contains no REACH Candidate List substances above 0.1% by mass, incorporates approximately 1.93 kg of secondary material, and is designed for 100% collection at end of life, with metals recycled, wood and plastics recovered through energy recovery, and glass wool sent to landfill. The EPD reports a Global Warming Potential (GWP A1–A3) of 25.0 kg CO₂e per m², supporting transparent environmental assessment for LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, and ESG reporting.
