dormakaba Sliding Door Operator ES 200 is a modular automatic door drive system designed for single- and double-leaf sliding doors, including escape and rescue route applications. The product is available in the ES 200 Standard, ES 200 2D, ES 200 EASY, and ES 200 EASYplus variants, providing a flexible solution for a wide range of commercial, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, and public building applications. Manufactured in Germany using green electricity, the operator combines aluminium, steel, electronics, and engineered components to deliver reliable performance, long service life, smooth operation, and compliance with international safety standards.
The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is developed in accordance with ISO 14025 and EN 15804+A2 and follows a cradle-to-gate with options life cycle assessment covering modules A1–A3, A4, A5, B6, C1–C4, and Module D. The declaration is independently verified by Institut Bauen und Umwelt (IBU) and includes operational energy use, end-of-life recycling scenarios, and environmental impacts across the product life cycle. The ES 200 is manufactured using 100% green electricity, has a 10-year reference service life, and is designed for a minimum of 1,000,000 operating cycles, supporting sustainable and environmentally responsible building projects.
