Embosal ERW Steel Pipes & Tubes are structural circular, square, and rectangular hollow sections manufactured for structural and engineering applications in accordance with EN 10219-1/-2 (cold-formed) and EN 10210-1/-2 (hot-finished) standards. Cold-formed sections are produced from fully killed steel, providing excellent formability, weldability, dimensional accuracy, and suitability for galvanizing, while hot-finished sections are manufactured from normalized fine-grain steel, offering high yield strength, improved weldability, and enhanced performance for demanding structural applications. The products comply with CE and UKCA marking requirements and are available in a wide range of international standards and steel grades, including EN, ASTM, CSA, API 5L, and JIS. Typical applications include buildings, bridges, airports, offshore structures, shipbuilding, machinery, and other heavy industrial projects. Every supply is supported with a 3.1/3.2 Material Test Certificate (MTC) and Declaration of Performance, with manufacturing facilities certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The products are covered by a third-party verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) in accordance with ISO 14025 and EN 15804:2012+A2:2019/AC, with a global geographical scope.
