"TrueGreen Hot Rolled Reinforcement Bars in Long/Coil Form are produced by EMSTEEL in an electric arc furnace using clean energy and a mixture of scrap and direct reduced iron ore pellets. The coiled rebar range covers multiple diameters and steel grades manufactured at the Abu Dhabi site, complying with standards including BS 4449, ASTM A615/A706, ISO 6935-2, SASO, and ES internal grades such as ASTM GR60 and B500B. The Environmental Product Declaration is developed per ISO 14025:2006 and EN 15804:2012+A2:2019, reporting cradle-to-gate (A1–A3) impacts for the declared unit of one metric ton of reinforcement bars. The GWP-total is approximately 582 kg CO₂e per ton, reflecting the EAF-DRI-scrap production route used for coil-form rebar."
