"TrueGreen Hot Rolled Heavy Sections and Sheet Piles are produced by EMSTEEL using an electric arc furnace route powered by clean energy, combining scrap and direct reduced iron. The range covers a wide variety of sizes, lengths, and steel grades manufactured at the Abu Dhabi site, and is valid across standards including EN 10025-1/2, EN 10248-1/2, ASTM A6/A992/A572/A690, IS 2314, and AS/NZS 3679.1, covering structural beams, columns, and Z/U-type sheet piles. The Environmental Product Declaration is developed in accordance with ISO 14025:2006 and EN 15804:2012+A2:2019, reporting cradle-to-gate (A1–A3) results for the declared unit of one metric ton of average product. The GWP-total is approximately 706 kg CO₂e per ton, reflecting the DR-EAF-CCM-RM production route using DRI and recycled scrap."
