LAXIT 612 is a premixed dry masonry mortar manufactured from ordinary Portland cement, crushed natural aggregates, hydrated lime, and performance-enhancing chemical additives. The product is designed for laying and fixing concrete blocks, clay bricks, and similar masonry units, offering good workability and excellent water-retention properties. Supplied as a granular powder, it is mixed with potable water at site. Declared unit: 1 kg of dry mortar. Environmental performance assessed in accordance with EN 15804+A2, with cradle-to-gate life-cycle coverage (A1–A3).
