KERAFLEX SG is a cement-based, polymer-modified tile setting mortar designed for large-format and heavy tiles, providing a smooth, non-slump consistency and extended open time. The formulation consists primarily of Portland cement, quartz (silica), limestone fillers, polymers, and performance additives, enabling high bond strength and ease of application. Suitable for interior and exterior floor and wall installations of ceramic, porcelain, and stone tiles in residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. VOC emissions comply with SCS Indoor Advantage Gold (CDPH v1.2-2017) for classroom and office environments. Product content is disclosed down to 1000 ppm in accordance with HPD Open Standard v2.3.
