K-FLEX® products are flexible closed-cell elastomeric rubber insulation materials designed for thermal and acoustic insulation of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and industrial systems. Products are supplied as tubes and sheets, manufactured through compounding, extrusion, vulcanization, and foaming processes. Typical properties include low thermal conductivity (λ ≈ 0.031–0.044 W/m·K), high vapour diffusion resistance (μ up to ≥10,000), and fire performance up to Euroclass BL-s2,d0 depending on product type. Variants include halogen-free ECO grades and high-temperature SOLAR grades (up to 150 °C). Declared unit: 1 m³ of insulation. Environmental performance assessed in accordance with EN 15804+A2, cradle-to-gate A1–A3 (with C & D also reported but not required for Scope 3 disclosure).
