Homapal HPL Alu décor 0.8 mm is a decorative high-pressure laminate (HPL) with a genuine aluminum surface layer protected by a thin epoxy or anodised coating. The core consists of kraft paper layers impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin, consolidated under high pressure (>5 MPa) and high temperature (>120 °C). Typical composition is approximately 55% paper, 25% phenolic resin, and 20% aluminum foil. The panel has a sanded backside and is intended for interior architectural applications such as wall cladding, furniture, cabinetry, and decorative panels. Tested in accordance with EN 438-2. Declared unit: 1 m², 0.8 mm thickness. Environmental performance assessed under EN 15804+A2, cradle-to-gate A1–A3.
