Hilti CP 606 Firestop Acrylic Sealant is a high-durability, water-based acrylic firestop sealant designed for linear joints and service penetrations in fire-rated wall and floor assemblies. The sealant cures to form a flexible, intumescent fire-resistant barrier that helps maintain fire compartmentation and smoke control. The formulation is based on an acrylic polymer dispersion, mineral fillers, softeners, titanium dioxide pigment, and functional additives including dispersants, surfactants, emulsifiers, and fungicides. The product contains no nanomaterials and is assessed against HPD Priority Hazard Lists. VOC content is 12.58 g/L, compliant with EPA Method 24, and VOC emissions comply with CDPH Standard Method v1.2 (Section 01350) – Classroom & Office scenario. Suitable for interior applications in commercial, residential, healthcare, and institutional buildings where tested firestop systems are required. Material contents are disclosed down to 1000 ppm in accordance with HPD Open Standard v2.3
