Pre-formed firestop cavity barrier engineered for ventilated rainscreen façade systems to restrict the spread of fire and smoke through façade cavities. Manufactured from high-density mineral wool (80 kg/m³) with aluminium facing and an intumescent strip that expands under fire exposure to seal ventilation gaps. Provides up to 60 minutes fire integrity and up to 30 minutes insulation in accordance with ASFP TGD19, while maintaining ventilation gaps of 25 mm or 50 mm under normal conditions. Available in multiple widths and suitable for curtain wall, rainscreen cladding, and external wall cavity fire protection applications.
