Ceramic Sanitaryware by RAK Ceramics comprises vitreous ceramic bathroom and kitchen fixtures manufactured using geologically derived raw materials such as feldspar, ball clay, kaolin, quartz, and clay, with 5–10% pre-consumer recycled ceramic scrap generated internally during production. Products are formed, glazed, and fired at high temperatures to achieve durability, hygiene, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability.The sanitaryware is classified as an inherently non-emitting source of VOCs under LEED v4.1, requiring no VOC emissions testing. The product range includes antimicrobial-certified fixtures, complies with BS EN ISO 10545 testing for ceramic performance, and includes DT55-certified pre-consumer recycled content. Material contents are disclosed down to 100 ppm in accordance with HPD Open Standard v2.3. The HPD applies to all applicable RAK Ceramics manufacturing facilities in the UAE
